Grand Forks' new Furniture Row development will include at least one very interesting sign. At the southwest corner of the property (adjacent to I-29 and south of Lowe's), a 25 foot tall sign will be built. This isn't your typical sign, though...it will include a stack of 25 foot tall chairs. Yes, chairs.Should be an interesting topic of conversation for visitors coming from south of town.

Looks like a cool sign, anyway...much cooler than most others in such developments. By the way...I went trespassing behind Lowes last night, and came upon what looks to be a huge development in the works. Blocks and blocks of pipes being put in, and outlines of at least three roads. Big concrete culverts and the like. Looks like that will be the next large commercial expansion area.
